Marc Beaudoin
Owner/Operator
As the owner/operator, Marc is equipped with 25 years experience in the construction industry. Striving to lead by example, he manages and organizes the day to day operations while still enjoying being on the tools. As an entrepreneur, he has specialized in EIFS (exterior insulated finish systems) installing Dryvit, DuRock & Durex products. He has also specialized in ICF (insulted concrete forms), installing Amvic, Nudura & Logix. As past owner/operator of Custom Textured Coatings, Marc prides himself in his expertise with decorative concrete finishes, using products such as Ultra-Tex & Jewel Stone.
Shane Beaudoin
Supervisor/Lead Hand (Son)
Shane is Marc's oldest son and is Beau-Bros Homes Construction's acting supervisor/lead hand. Having attended Humber College's industrial wood working technician course, Shane brings over 4 years experience to the team. He specializes in cabinetry & furniture making. Shane also holds over 2 years experience in custom stair manufacturing and installation. His passion is in fine finish carpentry and trim, always striving to meet & exceed clients expectations. His attention to detail on these custom projects is exceptional.
Curtis Beaudoin
Fine Finisher (Son)
Curtis, Marc's youngest child, does a little bit of everything at Beau-Bros Homes Construction. With 2 years experience, Curtis' goal is to become a fine finisher in the construction trade. In general, he is striving to gain experience in all aspects of construction, from installation of various products and materials to the final stage of paint & trim. Curtis brings great energy to the team and is always a joy to have on site.
Chelsea Beaudoin
Designer (Daughter)
As Marc's youngest daughter and the interior decorator/designer at Beau-Bros Homes Construction, Chelsea brings over 4 years experience to the team from past projects. Holding a diploma from Georgian College in interior decorating, Chelsea has a passion for getting things right from the preliminary stage to the completion stage. Through freelance work she has designed overall floor plans, and has also specialized in kitchens & bathrooms at Home Hardware Design Center. She is an upbeat people person and is always able to tap into clients' taste in design. While paying close attention to detail, Chelsea ensures all clients' visions and needs are met.
Ashley Scola (Beaudoin)
Office Administrator (Daughter)
Marc's oldest child, Ashley, is a passionate office administrator who goes above and beyond to get the job done right & ensure happy clientele. She is responsible for the technical operations at Beau-Bros Homes Construction. From handling social media to promptly answering emails and organizing the schedule, Ashley ensures all of our clients are satisfied upon completion of a project.
Pierre Beaudoin
General Subcontractor (Brother)
Pierre's experience working with Beau Bros is in the capacity of primarily framing but he assists in all other aspects of the business. Pierre is the youngest of the Beaudoin brothers, bringing 10 years experience in residential framing & 15 years in general contracting. He specializes in restoration work on older homes.
Guy Beaudoin
Architectural Draftsman (Brother)
Being the oldest Beaudoin brother, Guy brings over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He began his career as a draftsman and a fine finish carpenter. When brought onto specific projects, you'll see Guy on site at the completion stage for fine carpentry finishes and details.
